WHAT WE DO
New Opportunities Learning Centre works with our clients to design a program specific to their requirements. We take an individualized approach to teaching.
Prior to developing a program, NOLC will:
- Conduct initial assessments
- Develop learning objectives based on initial assessments
- Conduct on-site visits and observe employees performing their jobs
- Involve supervisors and learners in the planning process
During program delivery NOLC will:
- Provide highly qualified and experienced teachers
- Provide texts, handouts, and other pertinent resources for each student
- Upon completion of program, NOLC will:
- Evaluate student progress in order to ensure success
- Provide follow-up assistance to learners as needed
- Provide refresher sessions as needed
