Learning a new set of skills at any age is difficult.   At NEW OPPORTUNITIES LEARNING CENTRE we approach learning in a holistic way, with skills taught in an integrated manner to reinforce learning and retention.

Language skills - reading, writing, speaking and listening - are bound together in a practical, meaningful teaching methodology so that students see relevant growth in all skills as they progress through their studies. 

In addition to the basic academic skills, we believe that giving the students the tools and confidence to succeed outside of the classroom is just as vital as learning how to read and write.  To succeed at anything in life, students must recognize their own potential, learn problem solving skills, learn to empower themselves and to take charge of their own future and responsibilities.  We valued these skills and make sure that they are taught as part of the learning process.
